Frequently asked Questions

How much points do i need for Whitelist?

  • You will need 100 BFG Points to obtain one whitelist spot for our pre-sale. There is no limit on how many whitelist spots one player can have. This means that if you make 1000 points you can buy up to 10 heroes on our pre-sale.

How much points do i need for Alpha Tester?

  • You will need 750 BFG points to unlock Alpha Tester. Once you obtain this tittle, you will be given access to the earliest version of BFG to be able to test things and give us feedback.

How can i get points?

There are two ways to get points.

  • Post
    • Make a post in specific thread in order to get points for posts.
  • Thread
    • Create a new thread in specific forums in order to get points for creating new thread.

I posted new post/thread but my points isn't increased

There are few reasons why your points isn't show:

  • Awaiting Moderation
    • Your topic or post may needs to be approved before being public visible. All messages that are awaiting moderation will be rewarded only when moderator approve their content.
  • Administrator turned off rewarding in specific forums
    • Most likely an administrator has been disabled rewarding for making thread / post in forum where are your message posted.

My forum points were reduced

There are few reasons why this happened:

  • Message/Topic removed
    • - If a topic has been removed, all posts inside is deleted and therefore all rewards given has been revoked for all members who posted in that thread.
    • - If your message got deleted or sent back to moderation, your reward will be revoked too.
  • Message/Topic moved
    • - If message get moved to a different forum where rewarding is less than the current forum or rewarding is disabled you will lost your current reward.
    • - If topic get moved to a different forum where rewarding is less than the current forum or rewarding has been disabled all users that were posted in that topic will lost their current reward.
  • Message/Topic awaiting an approval
    • - If a topic get sent back to moderation approval, all points will be revoked for all participants in that topic.
    • - If your message get sent back to moderation approval, your points will be revoked too. you will get again points if your message/topic has been again approved.
